In the PM, dot a pea-sized amount all over clean, dry skin. Gently smooth into the skin. Limit initial use to three times per week; gradually increase frequency to once per day if no sensitivity is experienced. Ideally, follow with the Ceralief Cloud Cream. Apply an SPF30+ sunscreen the following morning.
