1. DELIVERY METHODS
a. At DERMA et al., we currently only offer delivery of all purchases via The Courier Guy and for further information, please see their website.
b. Currently, we do not offer collection as an available option, however, we intend to update this in the near future.
c. Depending on the delivery address, when the purchase was made, and item availability, an order may be delayed and this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
d. On average, deliveries to main areas/cities should be delivered between 3 - 5 business days, and deliveries to outlying/remote areas should be delivered between 5 - 7 business days.
e. Please note that deliveries are only made within business days and that no orders will be delivered on weekends/public holidays.
2. DELIVERY COSTS
a. As we are in partnership with The Courier Guy, our pricing is fixed for their services.
b. We charge a flat rate of R120.00 for shipping orders nationwide.
c. If your order is valued at R1,000.00 or greater then you qualify for free delivery and the shipping is on us - mahala!
3. ORDER STATUS
a. Once you have placed your order, you will receive emails with shipping updates and a tracking link via your selected email address.
b. Please feel free to track and trace your order via The Courier Guy with your tracking reference.
c. For ease of access, you will also be able to track your orders via your account menu page.
